Pandora Jewelry Ambassador

At REEDS Jewelers, we're seeking a skilled Pandora Jewelry Ambassador to join our team at Cross Creek Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building lifelong relationships with customers and driving sales growth through exceptional service and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the jewelry industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in selling Pandora products and other fine jewelry items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Sell Pandora products and other fine jewelry items to meet sales targets
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Ability to create an excellent customer experience
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities
• Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
• Comfortable utilizing technology such as iPads/tablets, Smartphones or computers
• Bilingual a plus

Benefits:

• Hourly base pay rate: $15-$20/hour
• Monthly commission: 5-10% of sales
