Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing cosmetic surgery procedures.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule, and anticipate appropriately.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the Practice Manager, Regional Lead Nurse, and/or Director of Clinical Operations.
- Current RN/LPN/LVN license.
- Current CPR, BLS, ACLS, and IV certification - or must get upon hiring.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Familiarity with plastic surgical procedures.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Passion for assisting patients before and after their surgical procedure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work on weekends as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
