Syntegon, a global leader in process and packaging technology, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Support Coordinator to join our team. The compensation range for this non-exempt position is between $25-$28/hour. Compensation varies depending on factors such as office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of experience. Total rewards include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Field Service team, managing day-to-day requirements from field service and customers.
  • Process payroll, expenses, invoicing, and system reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timekeeping systems match service records and review Service Reports for accuracy before submission to customers.
  • Coordinate schedules for equipment calibration and regular maintenance.
  • Analyze and maintain all service reports and tracking spreadsheets for the department.
  • Maintain the electronic directory of field service files on the company network.

This role requires strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience working in an administrative capacity and knowledge of ERP systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of administrative experience and two years of PC usage with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preferred qualifications: ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
