Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and instruction across various sports programs.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Director to design and oversee leagues.
  • Create engaging clinic curricula that promote inclusivity and quality experiences for participants, incorporating essential elements such as Introduction, Warm-up, Skill Development, and Safety.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared prior to classes, maintaining punctuality for start and end times.
  • Safeguard the proper use and storage of all sports equipment, reporting any damages to the Program Director.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports as necessary.
  • Exhibit courtesy, consistency, and a commitment to ensuring every child participates fully and enjoys their experience.
  • Keep the Program Director informed of any issues or changes that arise.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with the Sports Director and occasional staff meetings.
