Your role will involve collaborating with clients to identify solutions and continuously enhance their experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a steadfast advocate for our clients, a skilled problem-solver, and a cooperative team player. The ideal candidate thrives in interpersonal interactions and maintains composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat utilizing a CRM platform.
  • Set a high standard for customer support during all interactions.
  • Document and follow up with various departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Advocate for clients by identifying recurring issues and proposing enhancements to processes, policies, and products.
  • Identify errors and develop instructional content for our internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to find solutions and serve as a resource for colleagues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • A four-year degree is preferred or currently pursuing one.
  • A genuine interest in people and business, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm in others.
  • Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles.
  • A commitment to personal development and skill enhancement.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • A passion for assisting others and enhancing the customer experience.
