We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and post-hospital care.
* Follow established ICU protocols, safety standards, and best practices for infection control.
* Participate in continuous quality improvement and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
* Stay up to date on advancements in ICU care through professional development and ongoing education.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
* 1-2 years of ICU experience required.
* BLS and ACLS certifications are required; CCRN certification is a plus.
* Ability to work in high-pressure situations with sound judgment and compassion.
