- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and post-hospital care.
- Follow established ICU protocols, safety standards, and best practices for infection control.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date on advancements in ICU care through professional development and ongoing education.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 1-2 years of ICU experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required; CCRN certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations with sound judgment and compassion.
