Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at AirBorn Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Analyze production trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
