Vishay Intertechnology Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in Ontario, California. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for performing assembly and test operations on wirewound potentiometers, ensuring high-quality products that meet specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and test operations on wirewound potentiometers, adhering to drawings and specifications.
- May move between processes as necessary to meet production demands.
- Assist the Lead in issuing materials, breaking down kits, training, or other miscellaneous duties.
- May be assigned to other duties in other departments or areas as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Lead and Manager.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work under a microscope.
- Demonstrate good written and communication skills.
- Perform basic process operations in the manufacturing of potentiometers in assigned work centers while meeting labor standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize inspection gauges, tools, and electronic test equipment.
- Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude, and manual coordination.
