Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and test operations on wirewound potentiometers, adhering to drawings and specifications.
  • May move between processes as necessary to meet production demands.
  • Assist the Lead in issuing materials, breaking down kits, training, or other miscellaneous duties.
  • May be assigned to other duties in other departments or areas as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Lead and Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under a microscope.
  • Demonstrate good written and communication skills.
  • Perform basic process operations in the manufacturing of potentiometers in assigned work centers while meeting labor standards.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Utilize inspection gauges, tools, and electronic test equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude, and manual coordination.
