Key Responsibilities- Sports Event Booking: Understand clients' sports event preferences and requirements, research and book tickets for various sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments.
- Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers, negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients.
- Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns, keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and preferences, assist in preparing invoices and receipts for clients.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to become knowledgeable about various sports events and ticketing processes, stay updated on sports event schedules, venues, and seating arrangements.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
- Access to reliable WiFi.
- Possession of a smartphone or computer for communication and administrative tasks.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of various sports events.
