Position Summary:

Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by addressing inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and a proactive approach. This position allows you to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities as you utilize our company software to creatively resolve customer concerns. Your responsibilities extend beyond merely answering questions; you will be instrumental in fostering positive interactions, nurturing enduring relationships, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers via chat, email, or phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proven ability to establish quick rapport with customers through engaging interactions.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
