Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Nursing Professional, you will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Care for patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
- One year of recent RN experience preferred
MaineHealth offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible work policy, student loan assistance, training and education, and well-being resources for you and your family.
