Patient Care Specialist

Nightingale's List is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including rehabilitation centers.
Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient health, and developing and implementing patient care plans. You will also provide bedside care, educate patients and families on healthcare instructions, and follow up on patient progress.
We are looking for an experienced LPN with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have an active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire and at least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in correctional, nursing home, or rehabilitation settings. The estimated salary for this position is $71,400 per year based on a travel rate of $1,796.04 weekly.
