Long Term Care Professional

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Long Term Care Facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and develop your skills in patient assessment, care planning, and medication management.
**About the Role:**
- This position involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) from an accredited program.
- Active licensure to practice nursing in Maine.
- No current affiliation with MaineHealth; at least 6 months separation required.
**Benefits Package:
- A competitive salary of $95,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Eligibility for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
