Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Tech to work in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist in the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiography and intervention.
- Operate and maintain complex cardiovascular equipment, including angiographic systems and hemodynamic monitoring devices.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or cardiovascular laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
