Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the catheterization laboratory.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including catheterization laboratory equipment and imaging devices.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including pre-procedure and post-procedure care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding cardiovascular health and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist or related field.
  • Current certification in cardiovascular technology or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call.

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus is a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds. Our catheterization laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
