Job Summary:

The Director of Facilities Operations oversees the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all staff members. This role involves supervising a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing budgets to achieve cost savings.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • You are proficient in budgeting and financial management, with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.
  • You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
