We are seeking an experienced Custodial Operations Director to lead all aspects of custodial operations while maintaining established quality standards, safe operation, and complete regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate assigned personnel in their work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of progressive management experience in custodial services, preferably in a diverse environment. Strong financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting, and computer skills are essential for this role. Profit and Loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include developing and being accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt, analyzing financial reports for facility operations, and reviewing financial measurements with managers and directors to ensure achievement of financial goals.
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
In Los Angeles County, we are an equal opportunity employer and comply with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. Our estimated salary range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
