Business Operations Coordinator

Mindlance is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an onsite role. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and initiatives.

- Furthermore, you will manage department records and supplies, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking inventory levels.
- Your collaboration with other admins will aim to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
- Finally, you will execute onsite tasks locally under remote direction, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
