Executive Director of Operational Excellence

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of American Prairie. This key leadership role will work closely with the CEO and National Board of Directors to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective execution of American Prairie's operations.
- Fiscal Management: Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact American Prairie's operations, reputation, or financial stability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
