Production Assembler

Aerotek is looking for an Assembler to contribute to their operations.
- Position Overview:
The Assembler will engage in various assembly tasks involving components and sub-assemblies to produce critical laboratory instruments and healthcare devices. The role emphasizes safety and quality, ensuring that products are completed within designated timeframes while fostering ongoing enhancements in the production environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Choosing the correct components and assembling them in the proper order
- Interpreting electrical schematics for precise assembly
- Conducting inspections during sub-assembly to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks
- Utilizing an array of hand tools and the SAP system for data entry and tracking
- Resolving work-related challenges
- Testing and packaging finished products
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6am to 4:30pm
- Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
- Required Skills:
Experience in production and familiarity with a medical manufacturing setting
- Additional Qualifications:
Capability to read measuring tools such as tape measures or calipers (or willingness to learn)
- Experience Level:
Entry Level
