Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
