We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, specializing in the Brain Injury Unit.
About the RoleAs an LPN on our Brain Injury Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
