Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our Brain Injury Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their recovery and well-being.
About the RoleAs an LPN on our Brain Injury Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborating with the registered nurse and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting patient assessments, documenting patient information, and communicating with the healthcare team
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
