As a Patient Care Transportation Supervisor with AAA Plus Transportation Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to their medical appointments. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of dispatchers and call takers, oversee the deployment of transport vans, and develop policies and protocols for non-emergency medical transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of dispatchers and call takers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the deployment of transport vans and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Develop and implement policies and protocols for non-emergency medical transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching emergency services or commercial NEMT required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift heavy weights and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
