Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team at Parkway School District. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our network and server infrastructure
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with our technology team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a System Engineer role
  • Strong knowledge of server and network administration
  • Experience with virtual and physical server environments
  • Scripting skills in Windows, PowerShell, and automation tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
