  • Knowledge of the flavor profile and specifications of menu items, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Follow recipe cards with no compromise, ensuring that all dishes are prepared consistently and to the highest standard.
  • Review the daily sanitation checklist and conduct the checks, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and safe.
