Restaurant Busser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at TGI Friday's. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Clean and reset tables after each guest's departure to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages to provide exceptional service.
• Prepares coffee and iced tea to help team members serve guests efficiently.
• Assist with guest needs as they arise, including maintaining cleanliness of the restroom, perimeter of the building, and parking lot.

• Influence guest experience by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Address issues around cleanliness and sanitation to maintain a high standard of quality.

• Consistently fulfill key responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Guest satisfaction scores.
• Cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Ability to read menu items.
• Ability to clearly communicate guest needs to other team members.
• Ability to hear well in a loud environment.
• Ability to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk during entire shift.
