  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement marketing plans, sales promotions, and merchandising strategies.

  • Customer Service: Monitor reports and ensure order accuracy for customer deliveries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in sales/distribution of industrial products, with two years of demonstrated management/leadership experience.
  • Skills: Prior SAP experience preferred, demonstrated planning and customer service skills, ability to set a good example and provide guidance to others.
