Key Responsibilities
  • Pest Management - Perform inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement a range of solutions using products and services to eliminate pest issues. Conduct pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment effectively.
  • Customer Engagement - Foster customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to pest problems, recommending appropriate services to address their concerns. Inform customers about additional service options that may add value.
  • Ongoing Education - Gain expertise in the various products and services through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the pest control sector. Participate in employer-sponsored training on innovative methods, products, and services within the pest control field. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
Position Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop knowledge in pest control.
  • Ability to work independently after a training period.
Base Pay Range: $21.83 / hour

In addition to the base pay, colleagues in this role who have completed training may qualify for additional compensation, including overtime, incentives, and/or commission pay. Total annual earnings may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
