Key Responsibilities
  • Pest Management - Perform thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install preventive measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement - Foster strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to pest challenges, while also informing them of additional services that may enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Development - Gain expertise in the various products and services offered through comprehensive, employer-sponsored training. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions to learn about new pest control methods and solutions. Ensure compliance with all necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
Position Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop knowledge in pest management.
  • Ability to work independently after initial training.
Base Pay Range: $21.83 per hour

In addition to the base pay, colleagues in this role who have completed training may qualify for additional earnings through overtime, incentives, and/or commission. Total annual earnings may vary based on performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
