Role Overview

The Market Development Representative plays a crucial part in supporting cases and sales activities within the ENT division. Reporting to the district manager, this role involves maintaining customer relationships, expanding product utilization, and collaborating with area sales managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the ENT field
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product support to drive sales growth
  • Provide technical assistance during cases and educate clinicians on treatment options to enhance patient care
  • Conduct market research and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments to address business opportunities and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or clinical experience in the ENT field
  • Experience working in the operating room and establishing relationships with ENT professionals
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders in the ENT community
  • Preference for local candidates with experience working with Medtronic products
