**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Site Manager to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our site operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests and providing a safe and efficient work environment for our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage site staff and maintain a clean and efficient site.
  • Assist with daily paperwork and provide direction to staff in the manager's absence.
  • Train the team on internal and external programs to build customer loyalty through our membership program.
  • Provide daily direction to staff and ensure safety and compliance procedures are being followed.
  • Stay in regular communication with the Site Manager and provide strong problem-solving skills.
  • Follow through on site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
  • Responsible for creating a culture and level of interaction to ensure exceptional customer caring.
  • Accountable for providing strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team while providing direction, training, and feedback.
  • Sustain a high level of product knowledge and product preparation.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
  • Perform after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule.
  • Maintain designated work areas clean and organized.
  • Be a team player.
  • Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits. Notify the manager when malfunctions occur.

**Non-Essential Job Duties**

  • May perform similar and incidental duties as required by Management.

  • Maintain the highest level of customer caring at all times.
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail environment.
  • Have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.

  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Clearly communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers.

**Reporting Relationships**

  • Reports to the Site Manager.

**Working and Environmental Conditions**

  • Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
  • Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
  • Noise and vibration exposure.

**Physical Demands**

  • Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Flexible hours, night and day, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to operate all related equipment.
