Key Responsibilities

Pest Control Duties: Conduct thorough inspections to identify the source of pest activity. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest presence. Execute pest treatments and install necessary products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.

Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and courteous interactions during service visits. Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to pest issues, recommending appropriate services to address their needs. Inform customers about additional service options that may enhance their experience.

Ongoing Development: Gain expertise in the various products and services offered through comprehensive, employer-sponsored training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations within the pest control industry. Participate in training sessions focused on new methods, products, and services related to pest management solutions. Acquire and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.

Position Requirements:

Successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.

Possess a valid driver's license and undergo a motor vehicle driving record check.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Additional Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to learn and gain knowledge in pest control.

Ability to work independently after completing the training period.
