About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Radiologic Technology Faculty member to join our team at Bon Secours. As a Radiologic Technology Faculty, you will be responsible for providing didactic and laboratory instruction to students enrolled in the Radiologic Technology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Participate in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of the Radiologic Technology program's purpose, philosophy, objectives, and organizational framework.
  • Instructional Delivery: Plan and provide didactic and laboratory instruction that reflects an understanding of the program's philosophy, objectives, and curriculum.
  • Course Material Development: Develop and maintain course materials for effective instruction.
  • Student Support: Provide academic advising, guidance, and support to students.
  • Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge of professional discipline through continuing professional development.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate student achievement of curricular objectives/outcomes and ensure accurate calculations of program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Advanced Imaging Modality (CT, MRI, M) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of full-time professional experience in diagnostic radiography required.
  • Documentation: Documentation of completion of a JRCERT accredited program in radiologic technology required.
