Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator Lead to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to new hires and existing staff members.
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in maintaining and completing Epic registration, account, and claim edit work queues.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff members and patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Medical Receptionist in the healthcare field, with previous rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • General computer experience with data entry, including knowledge of medical terminology and Epic software.
