Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in rehabilitation nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31 to $42 per hour.
