We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide patient care considering the needs specific to the standard of care for patients' ages, including geriatric and general inpatient rehabilitation patients.
Responsibilities- Performs patient care considering needs specific to the standard of care for patients' ages
- Assists with the assessment of all patients and reassessments as per policy
- Identifies and initiates appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions
- Carries out the plan of care as indicated by the patient's needs and response to treatment
- Updates interdisciplinary care plan accordingly based on changes in patients' conditions and individual needs
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31-$42 per hour. Certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
