Hospice Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Administrator to join our team at Gentiva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring effective coordination of patient care and services.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Human Resources: Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required; two or more years' experience in hospice/home care preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, if applicable; CPR certification required.
