Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled RN Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our interdisciplinary teams, ensuring effective coordination of patient care and services.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Human Resources: Manage and develop our team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, ensuring effective management of resources and budgeting.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required; two or more years' experience in hospice/home care preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, if applicable; CPR Certification.
