Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Hospice Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
- Coordinate services of interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor and supervise quality of patient care
- Manage financial resources and complete financial reviews
- Prepare and review monthly bills, supply costs, and expense requests
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Two or more years of experience in hospice/home care
- Three years of experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred
- Three to five years of healthcare sales/management experience preferred
