Behavior Analyst for Students with Developmental Disabilities

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide essential behavioral support services within a public school setting in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and a passion for working with students who have autism, behavioral/emotional disabilities, and other developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct Student Support: Deliver individualized instruction and support to students in one-on-one and group settings, fostering their academic and social-emotional growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data on student progress, providing valuable insights to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to implement effective classroom management strategies and support a positive learning environment.
  • Supervision & Training: Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of current research and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • BCaBA certification, including maintenance of registration and renewal with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • NJ DOE certification.
  • New Jersey licensure requirements.
  • Experience providing behavioral services for public school students.
