Revenue Growth Manager
Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue at our hotel.

Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through outside sales calls, revenue production, and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for RevPar, occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). You will work closely with the General Manager to analyze market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers.

You will also be responsible for forecasting occupancy fluctuations and directing selling activities to maximize revenues. If you have a strong track record of success in sales and a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related management or comparable experience is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data is essential.
* Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service is necessary.
* Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
* Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
* Hilton Experience Preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
