Job Summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphics Architect to join our GPU Architecture group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving various features in the GPU architecture to advance the state of the art in graphics features, performance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Feature Development: Design, develop, and improve various features in the GPU architecture to enhance graphics performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with world-class architects and researchers to build simulators and infrastructure to design and validate new features.
  • Hardware Design: Design and build new hardware features for future graphics architectures, as well as create and elevate graphics algorithms.
  • Software Development: Invent and develop software for various hardware simulators and test infrastructures.
  • Tool Development: Work in a dynamic team to document, design, develop tools to analyze and simulate, validate, and verify functional or performance models.
  • Testing: Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new graphics architectures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant discipline (CS, EE, Math) or equivalent experience. PhD is a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Passion for computer architecture and graphics. Strong programming ability in C/C++, Perl, and Python. Background in computer architecture, graphics algorithms, parallel processing, signal processing, ray tracing, and/or high-performance computing.
