About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our medical support team at Osceola Medical Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting nurses in carrying out the nursing process, coordinating patient care, and performing daily patient cares and tasks as delegated. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg or hospital experience is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive hourly rates, ranging from $23-$29, depending on your level of experience.

This is a full-time position, working 12-hour night shifts, 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, with every third weekend/holiday rotation. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • CNA certification in Wisconsin.
  • BLS certification.
