Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Osceola Medical Center. As an Oncology RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our oncology department.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
About the JobThis is a full-time position with a typical schedule of weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients with cancer, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and coordinating treatments
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Six (6) months of acute care experience, preferably in oncology or infusion therapy
- Oncology/Infusion experience preferred
- ONS Biotherapy & Chemotherapy Administration Certification
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
