As an Agile Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our company's success by leveraging your expertise in agile principles and modern software product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Program Management: Lead the development of agile programs, ensuring clear alignment of work against objectives and key results/goals. Collaborate with business directors and technology directors to empower product teams to deliver key results.
  • Agile Delivery: Leverage metrics to derive insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive them to fruition across the product family. Champion agile delivery practices within a product family, supported by Discover Technology Academy (DTA).
  • Community Building: Foster inter-team collaboration, a culture of continuous learning, and continuous improvement across the product families. Facilitate coordination and collaboration of product families/teams to maximize the flow of work within complex products.
  • Dependency Management: Guide the organization to deliver high-quality value by managing dependencies across product areas/families/teams. Remove systemic impediments and foster adoption of the CraftWorx/single Agile Way of Working standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Experience: 6+ years of project management, agile, or related experience.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay ranging from $88,500 to $149,000, plus additional incentives.
