Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing marketing programs, promotions, and projects to effectively promote the organization's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in marketing program management and an understanding of marketing concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing programs and projects that meet department needs and goals.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including print ads, digital materials, and internal communications.
  • Work closely with department product managers to determine marketing strategy and objectives for assigned Wescom products and services.
  • Distribute drafts of marketing materials to appropriate managers for input and approval prior to campaign launch.
  • Develop and manage content for employee intranet, including blog entries.
  • Utilize desktop publishing software to update basic marketing materials.
  • Manage the monthly statement insert and message program.
  • Responsible for the management of branch video system.
  • Communicate marketing promotions to staff members through various channels.
  • Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and credit union products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of three years prior marketing experience required.
  • Financial Services Industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proof reading and editing skills.
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to evaluate and enhance operational and process procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to deliver campaign results and report on response rates.
  • Must be creative and have innovative ideas for campaigns.
