Marketing Director

Forensis Group INC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns in accordance with the company's strategic direction and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business development and marketing campaigns, implement strategy, and promote ForensisGroup in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and others.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones and update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Gather and analyze information to identify new opportunities, demand for services/products, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of services/products.
- Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze and evaluate financial aspects of service/product development.
- Collaborate in the development of new services/products.
- Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff and contractors.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Collaborate with media organizations, advertising, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least three years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to understand client needs.
- Knows the marketing, business development, and sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and networking skills.
- Excellent teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products/services.
- Intimate understanding of SEO, PPC, Websites, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other digital venues.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) or related software.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
