As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for managing the proposal development process, analyzing and interpreting RFP requirements, and creating proposal development plans and compliance matrixes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret RFP requirements to create proposal development plans and compliance matrixes
  • Participate in proposal and business development meetings
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the proposal response process
  • Direct proposal kickoff meetings and prepare detailed proposal plans and schedules
  • Monitor proposal content and provide quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with RFP requirements
  • Communicate feedback to proposal writers and SMEs
  • Maintain and add reusable components and proposal tools to the proposal library
  • Coordinate review activities and track data calls and action items
  • Facilitate retrospective assessments of proposals and refine future proposal strategies
  • Monitor government databases for relevant competitive procurement opportunities
  • Manage and track the bid opportunities pipeline
  • Circulate opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Track and manage company certifications
  • Create job postings for RFPs and other opportunities
  • Prepare and send marketing communications to customers and potential customers
  • Manage social media accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting federal and other government proposals and marketing efforts
  • At least 2 years of experience creating and distributing marketing material
  • Experience or knowledge of search engines for federal, other government, and commercial agency opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and with a team with little direction
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Experience or knowledge of small business certifications, licenses, and registrations
